The total output of the EQE 43 4Matic power plant is 475 hp, while in the EQE 53 4Matic + it is capable of delivering 625 hp. The AMG Dynamic Plus package is also available for the second electric sedan. With it, the power of the car grows to 686 hp. These numbers seem incredible compared to the output of the standard version of the EQE 350 – 292 hp.

The engines are paired with a single-speed automatic transmission. Traction is distributed automatically depending on road conditions. From 0 to 100 km/h, the EQE 43 accelerates in 4.3 seconds, while the EQE 53 takes even less time, 3.5 seconds. And with the AMG Dynamic Plus package, just 3.3 seconds. The maximum speed in the first case will be 210 km / h, the second – 219 km / h. With the optional AMG Dynamic Plus package, 238 km/h.

The battery in both cases is a 90.6 kWh lithium-ion battery that supports charging up to 170 kW. Power reserve – up to 500 km.

The air suspension standard for the base sedan in AMG versions is initially lowered by 5 mm. At high speeds, sports sedans “squat” by another 15 mm. For a surcharge, a more efficient braking system is available with carbon-ceramic front brake discs with a diameter of 440 mm. From the conveyor, discs with a diameter of 415 mm and six-piston calipers are installed in front, and 378 mm with single-piston calipers at the rear.

In addition to technical differences, the EQE 43 and EQE 53 have a number of visual features. First of all, sports sedans can be identified by AMG nameplates. The “charged” versions of the Mercedes-Benz EQE will appear on the market in a few months.
