Kawasaki Motors Japan has unveiled the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R SE, marking it as the sole full-faired sports bike in the 250cc category powered by an inline-four engine. The latest model introduces subtle updates to comply with Reiwa 2 emissions standards, alongside enhancements in modern equipment.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R SE is powered by a 249cc DOHC 4-valve, inline-four engine, cooled by a radiator. It features an upgraded exhaust system to meet Reiwa 2 emission regulations and delivers an increased maximum power of 48 horsepower (up by 3 PS) compared to its predecessor. The compression ratio has been raised to 12.5, and it offers a maximum torque of 12.5 Nm, all managed through a 6-speed transmission system.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R SE boasts a range of premium features, including a 37 mm upside-down SHOWA SFF-BP front suspension and front and rear disc brakes with ABS for enhanced safety. It comes equipped with a quick shifter for clutch-free gear changes, both up and down, along with a traction control system to prevent wheel spin. The bike also offers multiple riding modes, LED lighting, a USB charging port, and a TFT display with smartphone connectivity. These high-end features set a new standard for bikes in this class.
