Jeep Wrangler Magneto 2.0 Concept is a development of last year’s Jeep Magneto project : so to speak, a supplemented and improved version. Instead of the previous electric motor with a return of 290 hp. and 370 Nm, which had a “petrol” traction characteristic, a new engine with 634 hp was installed. and 1152 Nm. At the same time, the all-wheel drive transmission with the Rock-Trac transfer case and even the six-speed manual transmission are preserved! According to the developers, such a Wrangler can not only climb off-road, but also accelerate to 60 miles per hour (97 km / h) in about two seconds.

Experienced Wrangler Magneto 2.0 has a traction battery with a capacity of 70 kWh, the cruising range is not reported. The new electric car also differs from last year’s prototype (and from the donor Wrangler) with a wheelbase stretched by 305 mm. Other features include a 76mm increase in ground clearance, 40-inch off-road tires, plastic roll cage covers and carbon fiber wheel arch extensions. So far, it’s just a show car, but Jeep is really developing electric SUVs, so Magneto can be considered intermediate stages of this project.

The remaining six cars are just the result of tuning serial Jeeps with varying degrees of intervention in the design. Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the extreme version of the Rubicon, which appeared at the Wrangler in 2002. The show car is a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 with a V8 engine, and upgrades include a throttle-operated exhaust system, 50mm more ground clearance, 37-inch OD mud tires, and a new front bumper with an integrated Warn winch.

The Jeep ’41 Concept is styled after a Willys MB from World War II. Based on the Jeep Wrangler 4xe hybrid , the main features are a matte body color, 17-inch steel wheels with 35-inch tires and a sand-colored awning. The nostalgic concept also features 50mm more ground clearance and a new front bumper with a Warn winch.

The Jeep Birdcage Concept is also built on the basis of the hybrid. The Jeep Performance Parts division was responsible for this instance, so they simply made a showcase of available accessories from the car: BF Goodrich tires with an external diameter of 37 inches, beadlock wheels, Fox shock absorbers, a power frame for a winch instead of a bumper, original fenders, LED spotlights on the roof frame, expeditionary trunk for 270 kg and so on.

The Jeep Bob Concept is a diesel-powered Jeep Gladiator Rubicon pickup with a 300mm shorter rear overhang, as its name suggests. The front bumper is also “cut off”, wheels with tires with an outer diameter of 40 inches are installed almost at the corners of the car. The pickup is equipped with Dynatrac Pro-Rock 60 reinforced axles, other springs and shock absorbers, ground clearance is increased by 76 mm. The cabin is devoid of central pillars (although the tubular frame is preserved) and in general all fasteners for doors, instead of a roof, a simple awning is pulled.

The Jeep D-Coder Concept based on the Gladiator looks no less bright, but there is no serious interference in the design here. Jeep Performance Parts installed many accessories from Mopar’s own range and range: bumpers, tubular doors, snorkel, other wheels, spotlights, a power trunk in the back and so on.

Finally, the seventh show car is made from the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk PHEV SUV with a hybrid powertrain. There are very few differences from a commercial car: reinforced roof rails, blue decor, 20-inch wheels with BF Goodrich mud tires with an outer diameter of 33 inches.
