In addition, a 12V mild hybrid based on a 1.3L 4-cylinder gasoline engine is also available. There are two types of maximum output, 140ps and 159ps, and it is said that it will achieve fuel efficiency of 19.4km / l.

Renault says the new CMF-CD platform will bring the “true joy of driving” to Austral. The austral is equipped with a torsion beam rear suspension as standard equipment, but a multi-link rear suspension is adopted for advanced models with four-wheel steering. In addition, the steering ratio is 13: 1 (standard is 14.7: 1) to achieve more accurate handling.

On the design side, it features C-shaped headlights, a new emblem, a skid plate that emphasizes the SUV-ness, and aluminum wheels with a maximum diameter of 20 inches.

In addition, the specification “Esprit Alpine (spirit of Alpine)” that imitates Alpine ‘s sports car will be set for the first time as a Renault car. In a unique shade of satin gray with black trim details, the exclusive 20-inch aluminum with the Alpine logo is equipped with Alcantara seats (with blue stitching).
